Original artwork delivery terms: worldwide shipping included in the price, including Romania.

Updated 12 October 2026

1. Enquiries

Until online payments are enabled, use email or the contact form for artwork enquiries. After activation, available and approved artworks may be purchased directly.

2. Destinations and included shipping

Packaging and shipping are included in the displayed price throughout Romania and for all international destinations offered at checkout, with no shipping surcharge. Worldwide delivery is offered wherever permitted by carriers and applicable law; unsupported destinations cannot be selected at payment.

3. Packing and timing

Transport and protective packing take dimensions, fragility and destination into account. The accepted offer specifies dispatch and delivery timing. Unless a different period is agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract, subject to applicable law.

4. Total and payment

For direct checkout, the displayed total includes shipping and packaging to an accepted destination. No additional shipping line item is charged. Customs or import taxes may be payable separately under applicable law, as explained in the delivery policy.

5. Receipt and damage

Inspect the package and artwork. Contact the seller about damage and, if possible, retain photos and packaging. Prompt reporting helps but does not cancel statutory rights. Risk generally passes when you or a nominated person other than the carrier physically receives the goods, subject to the legal exception for a carrier independently arranged by the consumer.

6. Delays and contact

Contact the seller about delays. Rights concerning an additional delivery period, termination and refunds depend on applicable law and the circumstances; accepted deadlines are not changed unilaterally.
