2. Gallery and enquiries
The website presents original artworks and the artist’s projects. Direct online payment is unavailable until Stripe LIVE is enabled. Enquiries are not confirmed orders.
3. Purchasing directly
Once online payments are enabled, available artworks approved for direct purchase may be ordered through Stripe Checkout. The artwork, full price in the displayed currency, shipping address and applicable terms are shown before payment. The seller sends order confirmation on a durable medium, such as email. Sales outside checkout require explicit acceptance of the final offer.
4. Price and availability
The displayed artwork price includes packaging and shipping to destinations accepted at checkout; no shipping fee is added at payment. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are distinct and explained in the delivery policy. A one-of-a-kind artwork can be purchased only while available and approved for direct sale. An accepted contract price will not be changed unilaterally.
5. Description and images
Confirmed characteristics appear on the artwork page. Screen colours may differ slightly from the physical object; this does not remove conformity rights. Ask for missing details before buying.
6. Payment and documents
Once activated, online payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. The seller provides legally required documents according to the seller’s tax status. Until activation, the website does not accept online payments. Never enter card details in a contact form.
7. Delivery and consumer rights
Delivery and returns information forms part of the contractual information. Mandatory withdrawal and conformity rights apply where legally applicable. A unique existing painting is not automatically a personalised item excluded from withdrawal.
8. Copyright
Buying the physical artwork does not transfer image reproduction or commercial exploitation rights. Use images, text and visual identity only within the law or with the rights holder’s permission. Links to public gallery pages are permitted.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, spam or illegal uploads. Abusive access may be restricted. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded.
10. Data and disputes
See the Privacy and Cookie Policies. Visiting the gallery does not authorise unsolicited marketing. Contact the seller about disputes; the Complaints and ADR page provides official channels. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules applicable in your country of residence.
11. Changes
Published updates apply to subsequent use of the website and do not retrospectively change agreed purchase conditions.
